Worry & Miscarriage

When a woman gets pregnant, especially if they have been through any struggle trying to conceive, worry becomes a big part of their life.
Most miscarriages occur within the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. One of the primary known reasons for miscarriage is lack of blood flow to the developing embryo or placenta. Acupuncture has been scientifically proven to increase uterine hemodynamics (blood flow via dilation of uterine arteries), which can reduce the rate of miscarriages or recurrent pregnancy loss.
