Does zinc improve sperm?

Certain trace elements are found in sperm and their status can dictate the quality of sperm. In other words, you need these to be fertile. These and other antioxidants help protect sperm and maintain quality such as motility and morphology. Speak to someone who can help you navigate these somewhat complicated waters before simply jumping into taking supplements.
