Eat dark chocolate to lose weight

This tip is for those of you out there that are trying to lose weight and that like chocolate, i’m not talking about milk chocolate which is just basically milk ingredients and and sugar with a sprinkle of cacao i’m talking dark chocolate so 70% and up dark chocolate

a study in that was just published recently in harvard health of women that were all exercising uh to lose weight showed that consumption of 20 grams approximately 20 grams a day of 70 or above dark chocolate increased their resting energy expenditure

in another video i i talked about how to lose weight in your sleep uh and it has to do with resting energy expenditures so that’s kind of uh how your metabolism is performing and burning calories in between exercise so dark chocolate on average of about 9.6% raised resting energy expenditure so burning calories between exercise is increased not only by exercise but by eating dark chocolate

so for those of you that love dark chocolate keep on chomping for those of you that don’t might be something worth considering because there’s a lot of other benefits to it as well
