TIP 1 – BACK TO ROUTINE. If you are not already doing so, schedule your workouts for the same day each week, appoint certain meals to specific days, get to bed and wake at the same time daily, install a 500-1000ml water drinking habit every morning when you wake, schedule reading/learning time, and allocate times for meditation and relaxation. Get in a routine and you will feel amazing.
TIP 2 – JUST SAY ‘NO’. Allow yourself to opt-out of conversations that end up degrading into political debate or vaccine opinions. Do your research and make your own informed decisions, then simply move on and know you are doing what you feel is right for you and your family. Also, accept others for doing the same. There are definitely times to step in and have your voice heard, but choose these times wisely as they can consume a lot of your vital energy that may be better spent elsewhere.
TIP 3 – FORTIFY YOUR DEFENCES. Cold and fly season is coming? Not sure exactly what that means anymore as it seems almost no one is getting colds anymore (masks? sanitization?), and whether this is good or bad is beyond the scope of this email, but we do know that the current state of the pandemic dictates we should remain diligent, vaccinated or not. Staying healthy and supporting your immune system is key, and the first step to ensuring your defences are fortified is to not weaken them with;
– Poor sleep
– Lack of exercise
– Medications (unnecessary antibiotic use)
– Poor hygiene (brush teeth)
– Chemical and radiation exposure
