The Island Talks Podcast | Interview with Gayle Baker

Hello Salty people and those who are or may want to visit this magical Island, my name is Spence Pentland and I am the host of ‘The Island Talks’ podcast, all things Salt Spring Island (with a focus on wellness).

In this episode I get to connect with Gayle Baker, who is clearly VERY passionate about the well-being of this island. Her list of contributions is already remarkably long and as a newly elected representative on the SSI LCC, this list will continue to grow.

Founder of Ask Salt Spring, Dean of a college in California, author of small town history books, experience volunteering for various positions with CRD, Islands Trust, and the Chamber of Commerce, passionate about Island transportation, and much much more!

Enjoy!
